March 8~~ Life Is an Adventure~~ Susie Austin

Ralph Waldo Emerson:

Do not go where the path may lead,

go instead where there is no

path and leave a trail.

On a dark gray day how do you find a little sunshine? Read a good book, watch a feel good movie, have coffee with a friend or spend some time with people you enjoy being around.

I suggest if you don’t have a journal you begin one. If you have never kept one in can be a bit overwhelming at first so I suggest maybe trying to start weekly as it might be a bit easier to start with a log. If this is still too much I have another suggestion. I used a calendar and wrote a line or two each day. This is a great way to begin to get into the habit of writing a little something on a daily basis. It is also enjoying the next year remembering what things you have accomplished or adventures you have been on

Adventures can be fun, they can be challenging they can be fearful, as well as exciting.

If you have not been on any adventures lately maybe it is time to consider an adventure. Life is an adventure you might try considering it as one.

Many of us take the warn path and go where it leads but wish we would have taken the path less traveled. We wish later in life we would have had more adventures and followed our dreams. The awesome thing about this is the fact it is never to late! We all can make new adventures and still follow our dreams of today. It is not too late! Today I encourage everyone to go where there is no path, blaze your trail and begin to have your own adventure. I also encourage you to write them down for later years to reflect back and remember your adventures with fondness and happiness knowing it was quite a ride!
