We live in very hurried and stressful times. We race to get to work only to be stuck in traffic, we hurry to get into the shortest line at the checkout and what do you hear, “price check on register three.” If you are prone to stress remember this, stress exists inside of you! You are in charge of your stress level and you can learn to effectively manage your stress.


Change is constant, it is the price we pay for being alive, however many of us become terribly stressed when we face change or new challenges. Learn to convert the stress of change into excitement and adventure while meeting a new challenge. Identify things you can control and concentrate energy on them instead if spending time, energy, or worry on things you have no control over.


I suggest staying away from people who are pessimistic and negative. Have a positive outlook for yourself and others. Refuse to let the negative forces get you down and refuse to take personally the stress brought on by people around you. Hang with the winners and the people who are optimistic and passionate.


Finally have confidence in yourself and your ability. Take care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. By maintaining a healthy balance of all aspects in your life it will minimize your stress. Remember to take time to play and relax, enjoy the small things in your life and don’t forget to smile.

  1. Fine..but we are bounded to some system..we are leaving in an isolation,,if we alone try to be positive or courageous….we start to feel lonely( nobody is with us )…..How can we achive the above things being in such conditions?
