Do You Have Enthusiasm?~~~Susie Austin

“Nothing great was ever

achieved without enthusiasm.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

The definition of enthusiasm would include words such as excitement, energy, motivation, and having enthusiasm moves us forward toward achieving our goals and dreams.

I learned a long time ago the way to motivate myself is to motivate others. The more excited others become the higher my level of excitement is.

I remember when I was in my twenties and was a district manager in the health club field. I had daily meetings with staff and at the end of those meetings I had them each repeat these words, “to be enthusiastic is to act enthusiastic, boy am I enthusiastic.”  It sounds silly but it worked, it was a fun exercise and it reminded us how motivated we needed to be.

Think of a time in your life when you were excited about a project or something you were passionate about.

You can achieve great things when the excitement, passion and motivation are the motivating factors in your life.

For today stay focused on achieving your goals and dreams find excitement in the small accomplishments along the way and remember have enthusiasm and this will move you forward to achieve the things you want in your life.
